We are excited to announce our very first league-wide Hit-A-Thon fundraising event!
We are planning a fun, engaging day for all the players, and this event is crucial for raising the funds necessary to provide the best experience for our kids.
Event Details
When: Saturday, May 30th, immediately following Closing Ceremonies (approx. 11-1)
Where: Adams Field
What: Each registered player will raise funds in the form of pledges (similar to a jog-a-thon) allowing them three chances (or more) to hit the ball as far as they can during the event.
Fundraising Goal
Our stretch goal for this inaugural event is to raise $20,000–$25,000. Every dollar raised is an investment back into our league to provide the best experience for our kids. Some ways we plan to use these funds are to:
Purchase more gear and supplies
Support essential field, dugout and stands maintenance
Ensure a high-quality season for every player at the most affordable price
Provide scholarships for families who require financial assistance
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations to the league are tax-deductible.
How to Participate & Win Prizes!
The core of the Hit-a-thon is fundraising. We will be using a user-friendly digital platform called 99Pledges to make collecting donations (pledges) easy! Your child will receive a personalized fundraising page link to share with family and friends to track their progress.
